I really enjoyed my stay here because the hotel is just a few steps away from The Upper Crust for delicious bites and close enough to Graves Farm, where I found beautiful walking paths and lovely scenery to unwind after exploring the city. it truly made my weekend memorable.

The kitchenette was a lifesaver, allowing for easy meal prep during my stay, and its proximity to local grocery stores and restaurants was a significant plus.

Unfortunately, the lack of housekeeping and ongoing maintenance issues made my experience less enjoyable than expected , with broken elevators creating extra hassle.

candlewood is a great choice if you have pets! the rooms were clean and featured a kitchenette, which was really convenient. it's close to two family-style restaurants nearby, making dining easy after a long day. the staff was also friendly and helpful, especially during check-in.

Staying here with my kids was fantastic! The kitchen in our suite made preparing snacks super easy. We loved exploring the nearby winding paths leading to the beach. The spacious layout allowed everyone to spread out and relax after long days of sightseeing.

In my wife’s opinion, there should be more child-friendly activities available on-site. A little play area would have made our stay even better.

I had such a cozy experience during my stay! The Studio Queen Suite was perfect, with a full kitchen. Plus, the complimentary coffee available around the clock was a good perk to kickstart my mornings!

However, we faced significant issues, the room had cleanliness concerns, including dirty utensils and an unkempt bathroom. The proximity to barking pets disrupted our comfort during the stay, and there were constant lines at the front desk, indicating operational challenges.

I enjoyed my stay at Candlewood in Bluffton. The calm environment allowed me to relax, though I found the internet connectivity spotty at times. The staff's friendliness, lending a community vibe to the hotel.

Decent stay with friendly vibes

I stayed here for 3 nights and met some cool people! The room was comfy, and the kitchenette was great for making breakfast. The picnic area was a nice touch too. But wow, the AC was super loud—it was hard to sleep. Still, the nice staff made my trip pretty enjoyable.

I appreciated the friendly staff and clean, spacious room. The hotel had a lovely, welcoming atmosphere, and the accessibility features were very accommodating for seniors. I especially enjoyed the convenient kitchenette for brewing my morning coffee.

The kitchenettes in the rooms provide everything needed for cooking, making it convenient for extended stays. Plenty of outdoor space available for grilling and pool access offers a nice break after a long day of adventure.

Housekeeping can feel more sparse than expected. If you're staying a while, be prepared to bring your own towels to the front desk and manage your own trash—weekly service only. The location can be a hassle with increasing traffic and a long drive to local beaches. The absence of an ice machine means you'll be using a small tray to make ice instead of enjoying it straight from a machine. Without breakfast options on-site, guests have to plan ahead for meals or bring their own food.

Plus, the spacious setup of the Queen Studio Suite was perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. Not to mention, Cracker Barrel is just a quick drive away for some hearty comfort food.

On the flip side, I couldn't understand the desk clerk, and the lack of a free breakfast was a bit of a letdown. With the room priced higher, I expected a bit more bang for my buck.
